Founded.
Othello Consultants Limited registered in the UK. Early years focused on CRM, business analytics and custom software for finance and broadcast clients.
Bank and broadcast work.
Engagements at Close Brothers Bank, Channel 4 and others. CRM rollouts, internal tools, integration work, reporting layers.
Broadening into SMB.
Two hundred-plus small business engagements across hospitality, manufacturing, retail and e-commerce. Capital Vintners, PSSC Window Film and many others.
Wind-down begins.
From 2020 onward the consulting practice was deliberately wound down to focus on private investing. New client work slowed to near zero; existing relationships continued at lower volume.
Reinvention as AI-first.
Reopened with a sharper positioning: editorial websites, small-business sites, and selective AI consulting — the work that uses twenty-five years of business-systems experience, applied to a market that has just changed shape.
